- Almond Flour: 2 cups
- Greek Yogurt: ½ cup
- Eggs: 2
- Baking Powder: 1 tsp
- Butter or Olive Oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: ¼ tsp
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, and melted butter or olive oil.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.
