Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out the moisture.
  • Combine the zucchini with almond flour, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry spoonful of the mixture in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
