- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out the moisture.
Combine the zucchini with almond flour, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry spoonful of the mixture in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
