- Zucchini 3 medium
- Heavy cream 1 cup
- Shredded cheese 1 cup, divided
- Parmesan cheese ½ cup
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper ¼ teaspoon
Slice zucchini thinly and salt to remove moisture. Pat dry after 15 minutes.
