- Zucchini 2-3 medium
- Cream cheese 1/2 cup
- Grated Parmesan 1/4 cup
- Shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup
- Cooked bacon/ground beef 1/2 cup
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Wash and dry zucchini, then slice into thin ribbons using a mandoline or vegetable peeler. Pat dry to remove excess moisture.
Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth and well combined.
