  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ¼ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup brown sugar substitute
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: mini chocolate chips / dried cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Whisk dry ingredients (flour, baking soda/powder, salt, spices).
  • Mix wet ingredients (applesauce, yogurt, eggs, sweetener, vanilla).
  • Fold wet into dry, don’t overmix.
  • Add optional mix-ins.
  • Chill dough 15–20 min.
  • Scoop cookies onto sheet, 1–2 inches apart.
  • Bake 10–12 min until edges golden.
  • Cool 5 min on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
