Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 5 oz tuna, drained
  • ½ avocado diced
  • ¼ cup cucumber diced
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain tuna and place in a bowl.
  • Add diced avocado and chopped cucumber.
