- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 lb ground sausage
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Optional: garlic powder onion powder, herbs
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Brown sausage in a skillet, then stir in 4 oz cream cheese until smooth. Set aside.
Melt 1 cup mozzarella and 2 tbsp cream cheese in the microwave (about 1.5 minutes total).
Add almond flour, egg, and baking powder. Mix and knead into a smooth dough.
Roll dough into a rectangle between two sheets of parchment paper.
Spread sausage filling evenly on top.
Roll into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden.
