Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can 14 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Combine ground beef, pork, egg, almond flour, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix gently.
  • Shape into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
  • Spread half the marinara sauce in the slow cooker. Layer meatballs on top.
  • Cover meatballs with the remaining marinara sauce.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over meatballs 15 minutes before serving. Let cheese melt.
  • Serve hot with your favorite keto sides.
