- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 egg
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 can 14 oz crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
Combine ground beef, pork, egg, almond flour, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl. Mix gently.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
Spread half the marinara sauce in the slow cooker. Layer meatballs on top.
Cover meatballs with the remaining marinara sauce.
