Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna (preferably packed in olive oil)
  • 1 Green onion (finely sliced)
  • 1 Baby cucumber (diced)
  • 1 Avocado cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Everything but the Bagel Seasoning (or salt and pepper to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Open and drain the tuna, then scoop it into a mixing bowl.
  • Slice the green onion finely.
  • Dice the baby cucumber.
  • Cut the avocado into small cubes.
  • Add the green onion, diced cucumber, and avocado to the bowl with the tuna.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and gently toss until well-mixed.
  • Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning over the top, or season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix lightly again and serve immediately. Enjoy!
