- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp cloves
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ⅓ cup brown sugar substitute
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 egg white
- ½ tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in another.
Combine both until soft dough forms.
