Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • tsp cloves
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • cup brown sugar substitute
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients in another.
  • Combine both until soft dough forms.
  • Scoop dough, roll into 1 tbsp balls, flatten gently.
  • Bake 8–10 minutes.
  • Cool on rack and enjoy!
