- 2 medium pears halved lengthwise and cored
- 1 cup mixed fresh berries
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice optional
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon optional
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Wash and dry the pears, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the cores.
Place the pear halves cut-side up in a baking dish, with the berries arranged around them.
Drizzle the measured honey over the fruit. Add the optional lemon juice and cinnamon.
Bake for 25–35 minutes, checking after 25 minutes. The pears should be tender when pierced with a knife but still hold their shape.
Remove the dish from the oven and let the fruit rest briefly.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and crumbled feta over the warm pears and berries.
Divide into four servings and spoon a little of the berry juice over each portion. Serve warm.
