- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 2 tbsp chocolate chips / 1/4 cup walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare muffin tin.
Mash bananas until smooth.
Whisk in egg, applesauce, milk, and vanilla.
In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
