Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries 0 pt
  • OR 1/2 cup raspberries + 1 tbsp pancake mix 1 pt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mash bananas; add yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla. Whisk well.
  • Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Fold in fruit (and pancake mix if using).
  • Pour into loaf pan.
  • Bake 35–45 mins until golden and set.
  • Cool, slice, and enjoy!
