- 2 ripe bananas mashed
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup blueberries 0 pt
- OR 1/2 cup raspberries + 1 tbsp pancake mix 1 pt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mash bananas; add yogurt, egg whites, and vanilla. Whisk well.
