  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • ¾ cup low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices chicken bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp fat-free Greek yogurt
  • Garlic powder onion powder, parsley, salt, pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 390°F.
  • In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, cheese, bacon, egg, yogurt, and seasonings.
