- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp parmesan
- Garlic paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper
- Olive oil spray
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients gently until combined.
