  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp parmesan
  • Garlic paprika, onion powder, salt, pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients gently until combined.
  • Shape into 6 patties and chill 10 minutes.
  • Spray skillet or air fryer with olive oil.
  • Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side (or 10–12 minutes in air fryer).
  • Serve hot with lemon and a WW-friendly sauce.
