- 1 cup Chocolate Kodiak Mix
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 large egg
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Kodiak mix, cocoa, baking powder, salt.
In another bowl, whisk yogurt, egg, milk, vanilla, and erythritol.
Combine wet and dry ingredients — stir gently.
