Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz fat-free cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup imitation crab
  • 2 tbsp green onions
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp soy sauce
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, yogurt, crab, green onions, garlic, and soy sauce.
