- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1 1/2 cups no-sugar marinara
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray 9x13 baking dish.
Brown turkey in skillet. Drain.
Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
Spread sauce in baking dish. Add meat and veggies.
