Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup parmesan
  • 1 1/2 cups no-sugar marinara
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray 9x13 baking dish.
  • Brown turkey in skillet. Drain.
  • Sauté onions, peppers, and mushrooms.
  • Spread sauce in baking dish. Add meat and veggies.
  • Top with cheese and turkey pepperoni.
  • Bake 20–25 min until bubbly. Cool 5 min before serving.
