- 4 cups cauliflower florets 1 medium head
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil or spray
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika optional
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Optional: 2 tbsp grated Parmesan +1 WW Point total
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment.
