- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed & halved
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped turkey chicken, or beef bacon
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
Toss sprouts with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Arrange cut-side down on baking sheet.
