Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed & halved
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped turkey chicken, or beef bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
  • Toss sprouts with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange cut-side down on baking sheet.
  • Roast 20–25 min (oven) or 15–18 min (air fryer), flipping halfway.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot.
  • Optional: top with cooked turkey, chicken, or beef bacon.
