- 3 cups romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup cucumber chopped
- ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup black olives optional
- ¼ cup light mozzarella
- ¼ cup turkey pepperoni sliced
- 2 tbsp light Italian dressing
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan optional
- Salt pepper, herbs to taste
Chop all veggies finely.
