  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup whole wheat pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can 15 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup fat-free ricotta
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mozzarella
  • Fresh basil

Instructions
