Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup granulated sweetener
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ cup blueberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F or air fryer to 320°F. Grease donut pan.
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.
  • Mix eggs, yogurt, almond milk, sweetener, lemon juice, and zest.
  • Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Gently fold in blueberries.
  • Spoon into donut pan, ¾ full.
  • Bake 12–14 min (oven) or 10–12 min (air fryer). Cool slightly.
