Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • ¾ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 egg whites
  • cup erythritol
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp light butter
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda, pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another.
  • Combine gently until smooth.
  • Pour into pan and bake 22–26 mins.
  • Cool, drizzle glaze (optional), slice, and enjoy!
