Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice + 1 tsp zest
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil or spray
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into cubes; pat dry.
  • Mix with lemon juice, zest, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper.
  • Heat oil in skillet, add chicken in single layer.
  • Cook 3–4 min per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Garnish with parsley and extra lemon.
