  • 4 bases: choose one — 4 English muffin halves OR 4 small whole-grain tortillas OR 4 portobello caps
  • 1 cup low-sugar marinara about 2 tbsp per base
  • 1 cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella divided
  • 8 oz shredded grilled chicken or turkey pepperoni
  • 1 small bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning fresh basil to finish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 370°F). Toast bases briefly.
  • Spread 2 tbsp marinara on each base.
  • Top with 2 oz chicken, sliced veggies, and 1/4 cup reduced-fat mozzarella.
