- 4 cups sliced peaches
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar substitute
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp light butter
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix peaches, cornstarch, sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla. Spread in baking dish.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt. Add butter & milk, stir.
Spoon topping over peaches.
