Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups sliced peaches
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp sugar substitute
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp light butter
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix peaches, cornstarch, sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla. Spread in baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt. Add butter & milk, stir.
  • Spoon topping over peaches.
  • Bake 35–40 minutes until golden. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
