- 1 cup fat-free mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mozzarella
- ¾ cup low-fat cottage cheese
- ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup sugar-free marinara
- 20 slices turkey pepperoni
- Garlic powder Italian seasoning, salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x9 baking dish.
Whisk eggs, yogurt, and cottage cheese in a bowl. Add seasoning.
