- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup chopped turkey pepperoni about 20 slices
- ¼ cup sugar-free marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- Nonstick cooking spray for muffin tin
- Optional: 2 tbsp diced bell pepper 2 tbsp diced onion (zero-point add-ins)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix flour, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
Fold in mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, and marinara sauce.
