- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ⅓ cup sugar substitute
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick spray.
