Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 3 tbsp light butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar substitute
  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 1 cup fat-free whipped topping
  • 1 package sugar-free raspberry gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 ½ cups fresh raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Crush pretzels and mix with butter + sugar substitute. Press into baking dish. Bake 10 min, cool.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust, sealing edges.
  • Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Let cool until slightly thick. Stir in raspberries. Pour over cream layer.
  • Refrigerate 4+ hours until firm. Slice and enjoy!
