- 2 cups whole-grain elbow macaroni
- 1½ cups low-fat milk
- ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar shredded
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp paprika optional
- Salt & pepper to taste
