- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast diced
- 1 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1- inch ginger grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 –2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 cup bell peppers sliced
- 1/2 cup onions sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup water or broth
Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili sauce, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in skillet, add chicken, and cook until browned.
Add garlic, ginger, onions, and peppers. Stir-fry 2–3 mins.
Pour sauce over chicken and veggies. Toss until coated.
Cook 1–2 mins until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
