- 12 mini sweet peppers halved
- 4 oz fat-free cream cheese
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp green onions
- Garlic powder onion powder, salt, pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
Halve peppers and remove seeds.
Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Fill each pepper half with about 1 tbsp mixture.
Bake 15–18 minutes until soft and golden.
Cool 3–4 minutes, garnish, and serve warm.
