  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 3 bell peppers diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • Olive oil spices, mozzarella

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray casserole dish.
  • Sauté onion, peppers, and garlic until soft.
  • Add turkey; cook until browned.
  • Stir in tomatoes, sauce, and spices; simmer 5 mins.
  • Mix in rice and transfer to dish.
  • Top with cheese; bake 20 mins.
  • Broil 1–2 mins for golden top.
