  • 1 package sugar-free pudding cheesecake, vanilla, or chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream or light/fat-free for lower points
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional: sugar-free whipped cream strawberries, cocoa

Instructions
 

  • Soften cream cheese at room temperature for 10–15 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and pudding mix. Blend slowly with water to avoid splashing.
  • Add cream and blend until smooth and airy.
