- 4 small whole-wheat tortillas 6-inch
- 8 oz lean ground turkey
- ½ cup fat-free refried beans
- ½ cup zero-point salsa
- ¾ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- Cooking spray
- Optional: tomatoes green onions, cilantro, lime
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F. Spray tortillas and crisp both sides.
Brown turkey in skillet; add taco seasoning and a splash of salsa if needed. Drain any excess liquid.
