Ingredients
  

  • 4 small whole-wheat tortillas 6-inch
  • 8 oz lean ground turkey
  • ½ cup fat-free refried beans
  • ½ cup zero-point salsa
  • ¾ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • Cooking spray
  • Optional: tomatoes green onions, cilantro, lime

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F. Spray tortillas and crisp both sides.
  • Brown turkey in skillet; add taco seasoning and a splash of salsa if needed. Drain any excess liquid.
  • Spread ~2 tbsp refried beans on one crisp tortilla. Top with ¼ of turkey. Press second tortilla on top.
  • Spread 1–2 tbsp salsa on top tortilla and sprinkle ~3 tbsp shredded cheese.
  • Bake/air fry 4–6 minutes until cheese melts. Rest 1–2 minutes. Top with fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and lime. Slice into 4 wedges.
