- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 1 cup broccoli
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
