Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
