Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cocoa butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, melt cocoa butter and coconut oil over low heat.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in sweetener, vanilla, salt, and optional cream.
  • Pour mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins.
  • Chill in fridge or freezer until firm.
