Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 cup cooked lean turkey sausage
  • 1 ½ cups liquid egg whites
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray or use silicone liners.
  • In a bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, onions, and seasoning.
  • Add egg whites and stir until well mixed.
  • Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until edges are golden.
  • Cool slightly and enjoy warm or chilled.
