- 2 cups shredded hashbrowns
- 1 cup cooked lean turkey sausage
- 1 ½ cups liquid egg whites
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray or use silicone liners.
In a bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, onions, and seasoning.
Add egg whites and stir until well mixed.
Spoon mixture evenly into muffin cups.
