- 3 medium potatoes diced (≈600 g)
- 4 slices turkey bacon cooked & chopped
- 3/4 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp light ranch dressing or 1½ tbsp ranch seasoning
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar optional
- 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried parsley, ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
