- 500 g ground beef 80/20
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 egg beaten
- ½ cup breadcrumbs or almond flour
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp ketchup or BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp mustard optional
- Optional: herbs for flavor
Preheat air fryer to 180°C / 356°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except glaze.
