- 1 can tinned potatoes 400g
- 1 –2 tsp olive oil spray
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp chili salt
- Salt & pepper to taste
Rinse, drain, and dry tinned potatoes. Slice into halves/quarters.
Place in a bowl, spritz with olive oil, and toss with garlic powder, chili salt, and pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 390°F.
Place potatoes in basket in a single layer. Cook 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
Continue cooking in 3-minute increments, shaking each time, until golden and crispy.
Remove, let cool slightly, add extra seasoning if desired, and serve.
