Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 –3 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease ramekins.
  • Mix blueberries with lemon juice, vanilla, and sweetener. Divide into ramekins.
  • In another bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cinnamon, salt, applesauce, and melted butter until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle topping over blueberries.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
