- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 –3 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
