Ingredients
  

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 lemon
  • Seasonings

Instructions
 

  • Season tilapia with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Sear in olive oil, 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Sauté onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes in same skillet.
