Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients: sausage, almond flour, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, baking powder, and seasonings. Mix well.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
