Ingredients
  

  • 8 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast chopped
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp celery diced
  • 1 tsp green onions or chives
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and spray muffin tin.
  • Press wonton wrappers into tin and bake 7–9 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
  • Mix chicken, yogurt, mayo, mustard, celery, and green onions. Season.
  • Spoon chicken salad into cooled cups.
  • Garnish and serve immediately.
