- 8 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast chopped
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp celery diced
- 1 tsp green onions or chives
- Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray muffin tin.
Press wonton wrappers into tin and bake 7–9 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
Mix chicken, yogurt, mayo, mustard, celery, and green onions. Season.
Spoon chicken salad into cooled cups.
Garnish and serve immediately.
