  • Italian bread: 1 round loaf
  • Olive salad: 1 cup
  • Salami: 1/2 pound
  • Mortadella: 1/2 pound
  • Provolone: 1/4 pound
  • Mozzarella: 1/4 pound
  • Ham: 1/4 pound
  • Capicola: 1/4 pound

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the olive salad by chopping olives, red peppers, garlic, and capers. Mix with olive oil and vinegar, then marinate.
  • Slice the bread in half horizontally and remove some interior crumbs.
  • Spread half the olive salad on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Layer the meats and cheeses evenly.
  • Spread the remaining olive salad on top and close the sandwich with the top half of the bread.
