- Almond flour – 1 ½ cups
- Powdered erythritol – ¾ cup split
- Melted butter – 5 tbsp
- Cream cheese – 24 oz
- Eggs – 3 large
- Sour cream – ½ cup
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Pumpkin spice – ½ tsp
Preheat oven to 325°F. Prepare springform pan.
Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sweetener until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time.
Stir in sour cream, vanilla, pumpkin spice.
Color and swirl batter if desired.
Bake 45–55 minutes until set at edges.
