Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line 8-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt.
  • Beat eggs, Greek yogurt, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract.
  • Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently.
  • Add chocolate chips/nuts if desired.
  • Pour into prepared pan and smooth top.
  • Bake 25–30 mins; check with toothpick.
  • Cool 10 mins, then transfer to wire rack. Slice into 8 portions.
