- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line 8-inch cake pan with parchment paper.
Mix almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt.
Beat eggs, Greek yogurt, almond milk, erythritol, vanilla extract.
Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients gently.
Add chocolate chips/nuts if desired.
Pour into prepared pan and smooth top.
